hi-ya!, i applied to suny downstate medical center today. i see that they have a career ladder module going from lpn which is my title to associate director, cns is also part of the career ladder, which i aspire to be. i need you thoughts and opinions on downstate medical center, is it a good hospital, for a new grad? your answers appreciated!

Someone told me that the pay is less than the city.
Going from LPN to a director of something will require you to go back to school to get at least a BSN.
