Hey everyone! Now that applications have been out for a while, has anyone started the process of applying for the Yale GEPN program? I hope that your applications are going well if you have! Also, if there are any current GEPN students that happen across this thread, if you have time, feel free to share your experiences in the program and any tips you may have :) Thanks!
Hi again everyone-
I know I posted the other day, but didn't get a chance to say much (applying for the WH and CNM dual track).
Longtime lurker, but that was my first post.
My GRE scores are 158/155/4.0, my undergrad GPA is a 3.44 in civil and environmental engineering, and I have a 3.91 prereq GPA. You all are so impressive- I hope I can hold a candle to your amazing stats.
I have a years worth of experience as a nursing assistant and a hemodialysis technician. I also volunteer as a birth doula.
In my personal statement, I tried to share why I left engineering and got personal about why I'm passionate about nursing.
Does anyone else daydream about getting an acceptance letter from Yale? I never even dreamed I'd be applying.
Anyways, I would love to hear more about stats, where you're applying, your experience, etc. Lets make this waiting game a little easier!!
Hi all! I was wondering if any current GEPNs can shed some light on the interview process. I'll be in Rishikesh India studying yoga at an ashram, and I'm trying to make sure that I secure the right internet access (as it will be the middle of the night there). Do they just send you a date and time? Or do they ask you which dates/times you prefer? Is it a phone call or a video chat? How are we notified that we have gotten interviews?
Thank you so much!!
Greetings all ... this process is the most stressful thing ... I can't wait until December!
My undergrad is poli sci, but I have been working in the nutritional health and wellness field. Until I had my son then created a pet sitting business so I could be home with him as much as possible.
My GRE scores where horrible and the test itself terrified me.
Did anyone submit a letter of explaining their scores? I seriously thought about but have not.
I am applying for the CMN program
