YAHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!

How I wish this didn't have to be incognito!

My facility just received our first ever perfect survey. The facility has been in operation for 20+ years. I've been there for less than 2. I can't tell you all how proud I am to be the Director of Nursing for such a great group of people.

All the 10-13 hour days have paid off...not one deficiency and this was our first survey with our new EHR.

I actually cried when we got the news.

    CONGRATULATION!!!! OMG! I would have cried too! I am going on my 2nd year as DNS with my present facility.....Last year we had 2 citations in documentation....I am hoping for a survey this year as good or better....we'll see.

    Your right.....makes those long days so worth it!!!
