Just wanted to see if anyone has applied to Walla Walla Community College nursing program for the upcoming fall? The index score was higher than it ever was last year so hopefully its a little lower this year or the same. Good luck to all who applied. I have applied at CBC and WSU Tricities as well.

Thanks. And good luck I’ll keep this form posted

Say you and I had the same index score of 35 points. I got a B in English and you can an A-- THEN you would be given that additional 0.5 points to put you at 35.5 and me at 35 points. I'm taking the CNA class this Summer. I don't know how to maintain an active CNA certificate. I am sure you could probably Google it.
Oh gotcha ! Thanks. Yes I googled it but wanted to verify by Someone who has it or knows , Google is not always legit. But if it’s true that one has to work 400+ hours to maintain that sucks and I would have to wait for next year to get my CNA since I don’t plan on using it, “that’s if I don’t get in this year

I don't have my license but I took the courses and did the state exams (I provided them with my scores) and they said that sufficed the requirement for CNA.

Hope this helps.
if you have a CNA license from another state it will satisfy requirement as long as you show them proof of passing. Otherwise you’ll need to take a CNA course and pass the Washington state exams. As long as you do one of
those you’ll be OK.
