Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I applied to (Washington State University) WSU's DNP class for Fall 2017. I was wondering if anyone else did? Or does anyone currently attend their graduate school? It says it is mostly online and I was wondering how it is structured, admissions is not very forth-coming with information.

Do you have a fb? I would love to add you to a group of WSU DNP students or you can search for it. :)

i'm thinking of applying to wsu for next year. do you know if they set up your own clinical/preceptorship?

also, do they still have the program where you can earn your NP with an MSN while working on your DNP? thanks!

Hey everyone. I found this thread and wa hoping those who are in the FNP program could give me some insight on the admissions process. And how the program is going currently? Thanks!

I plan to apply for 2019 admissions. I'm not sure how competitive the program is. Any advice or experiences shared would be appreciated!

Hi jensfbay,

May I ask why you chose a different program? Also, may I ask which program you went with? Thank you.

Nothing wrong with WSU program. I just really preferred more SPU because of the small class sizes. The instructors seem to have close relationships with students and there are students who had finished the program andhad nothjng bad to say about it. Oh, SPU is Seattle Pacific University. I'm 3 weeks in í ½í¸©

wwow! SPU looks even more expensive than WSU. oh well, good luck in everythig.

Sorry I never received this notification!. But, I did apply. I just got an email that the college of nursing accepted me, contingent upon the graduate college accepting me as well!
