Was wondering if anyone else out there will be joining me in suffering from indigestion over the holidays in anticipation of making the cut for the WSU DNP program? 

Any helpful tips from Alumni on how one can best prepare for the challenge ahead would be greatly appreciated. Things I wish I knew kinda thing.

WSU meaning Winona State University?Which DNP program did you apply for? I applied to the AGACNP program. The wait is killing me!

@Registerednizzle have you heard back yet? Still patiently waiting… I get palpitations every time I check my e-mail. 
 

I was told by someone in admissions that we should hear back by Winter break. I think their exams are this week so it should be soon!

Haven't heard back from them. I was expecting to hear back sometime early next year but sounds like it might be sooner. This is good because the anticipation is killing me LOL. What track did you apply for and which campus? Will keep my fingers crossed for you.

I know! My academic record is not that strong compared to most nurses so I’m trying to stay level headed about it.. but it’s hard not to get excited at the possibility.
 

I applied for the psych NP Program through Spokane. I live 3+ hours away in a small town in the cascades so it will be a tough commute, but it’s actually the closest campus to me.

I applied for the pmhnp track through the Vancouver campus. I live about 1.5h away which is acceptable for me. At least the in person classes are blocked and hopefully just once a term.

Yeah, I am really pleased with the flexibility of this program! I would have to relocate otherwise..

Yay! Fellow PMHNP WSU applicants! I was just wondering the same thing. Still haven't heard anything back. I do hope we'll hear back soon!

Sounds like we are going to hear back from them around Winter break. Yikes!

Has anyone heard back from WSU? They sent out an email in mid-December stating that they will be notifying applicants in January 2022
