WSSU ABSN 2022 Start

Hello everyone, 


I'm applying to the WSSU ABSN program, and I could not find the 2022 application cycle thread, so I decided to start one. I already completed step one of the application process and will probably submit step 2 by the end of July. I am excited and anxious about the whole process. Has anyone applied or in the process of applying?

Did you just print and scan it back to them? It doesn't look like there is an e-signature option.

Yes. I printed, signed, and scanned it back to them.

Has anyone gotten any information about the background check/drug test yet?

I have not gotten any information about the background check or drug test. . Did you get a confirmation email from (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) when you sent the letter of acceptance?

Hey guys!  I did not receive a confirmation that my acceptance signature was received. I emailed (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) to confirm she received it and she did. I also asked about receiving other information and she said she wouldn’t be sending anything else out until November 8th. Hope this helps!

Hello everyone!

I got my acceptance letter as well, I am also super excited. I have not heard anything else from them though. Has anyone gotten any news? I am trying to figure out how to locate my immunization records from another state before they ask for them ?

Hey,

Congrats on the acceptance. I think they will reach out to us on or after the November 8th deadline in the acceptance letter. I don't know the details about immunization records but from reading previous threads, WSSU uses medproctor, an immunization verification software.

I created a FB group so that we can keep in touch,  previous cohorts have done this and this will be very helpful for all here is the link ?  https://www.facebook.com/groups/1049363419232625/?ref=share
I will also share the link with cohort N19 so that they can keep in touch with us. I know that they will be selling their stuff and this is a great way to communicate with them as well.

I think someone already created one a few weeks back. We need to make sure we’re all using the same one, whichever it is.

I created a fb group like 3 weeks ago and one of the students in cohort N20 already joined and told us they are compiling an excel sheet with stuff they want to sell. Here’s the link: https://www.facebook.com/groups/241477744625497/
