Thanks, JBMom.
I figured out the approximate number of employees that work, or have worked, at Wrongway in the time specified by the lawsuit, divided that number by the over 1/2 million dollar settlement, and believe that each employee will get about...
(drum roll, please)
... $302!
Watch out Walmart, here I come!

For those of you just tuning in, here's a little background information: My medical wife Belinda and I worked at Wrongway Regional Medical Center, she from 2006-16, me from 2003-20. Belinda now works in IMU at Anomaly Memorial Hospital and I was fired from Wrongway in March of last year.
Now, here's the story: I recently received information stating, in part, "A court authorized this notice to let you know about a proposed partial settlement in a class action lawsuit called Ida Nyit, et al. v. the Retirement Committee of Wrongway Regional Medical Center's owners, brought on behalf the Settlement Class Members..."
It seems that "the Settling Defendants breached their fiduciary duties by including three overpriced and underperforming investment options in the Plan by failing to monitor (the) Life Insurance Company..." The notice goes on to say "...both parties agreed to a settlement."
And the good news is "...you will receive a check from the Settlement Administrator..."
So, Wrongway has lived up to its name and was a gift that keeps on giving!
