Written Offer for NP job

I received a verbal offer for my first NP job. I am curious as to how long it took for others to receive a written offer after a verbal offer. I am also curious about the length of time it took to actually start working after accepting an offer. Any response will be appreciated. Thank you!

Packet of written offer should be within a week or so after verbal offer.  Then you have a date, usually, which you need to sign.  It takes about 3 months for most established places for credentialing.  Some smaller groups may take the risk and have you start sooner, but quite rare.  Congratulations!
