Writing Term paper on Team Building as an LPN student

a term paper, huh? where were you when we had to sit through team building meetings back in the 1990s when this was all the rage? here are some links for you. some are a little scholarly and others not. tuckman's stages of team development are pretty classic and if you do a search you will get a lot of hits referencing and describing it. i don't know if general schwarzkopf, the commander-in-chief of the coalition forces during the gulf war, was nicknamed stormin' norman because of his army deeds or if they were borrowed from the names of the phases in tuckman's theory on team building. i think it might be an interesting idea to investigate as a lead-in and anecdote for your paper though! as i said above, those team building sessions i had to attend happened to be when i was working at a federal government agency. maybe tuckman's theory was very popular at the time. don't remember. the information in these links should get you off to a good start on how to organize your paper and the subjects about which to search for more information. good luck with your paper! and, welcome to allnurses! :welcome:
