Hello everyone,
I am a nursing student in my 30s who hurt myself as a CNA about a year ago. I graduate in 13 weeks.
Should I change professions? It was my dream to become a provider. If I complete a FNP/DNP program, would it be possible to hire a medical scribe? Or is that path no longer viable?
Thank you kindly.

Have you had a medical evaluation completed? They may have recommendations such as physical therapy or other options. I have never seen arthritis end a career. Lead to things such as joint replacements requiring FMLA? Absolutely, but those nurses were back at it afterwards.
