While we can't really answer your questions, may I suggest checking with your HR department to see if there is an employee assistance program (EAP) at your workplace. This is a program that can help staff members with personal and/or professional difficulties; it's free and completely confidential (meaning your supervisors will never know why you sought help or even that you sought help). You may be experiencing problems with adjusting to your new environment and/or career; it's not at all unusual. You could also be suffering from disillusionment, burnout, or even depression, but that would be best sorted out by someone who's qualified to make that determination.
I wish you the best. Sounds like you need both some friendly faces and a helping hand. ((((HUGS)))) to you.
