I was hired as a wound care program manager for a hospital. Part of this will be to open an outpatient wound care center. I've been told that it's going to just be me in the clinic to start, so no actual doctor on site. Is this even possible? I live in Texas and have been trying to get answers on this but am not having any luck. Any information I could get would be great. I've tried talking to my boss (ACNO) about how it's going to work, but she is new to starting a clinic also, so she doesn't have a lot of answers. Please help!
