I am a new grad and trying to write my first resume as an R.N. I would love honest feedback, even if it's harsh! Better now than for a potential employer!

The overall structure is not too bad. Individual issues are:

1. Consider turning your objective statement into a professional/branding statement, followed by a professional profile section to expand on.

2. Use one- to two- sentence bullet points on your clinical experience and work experience to make it simplier for the employer to read. An employer would have about seven seconds to scan a resume to decide which pile to put it in. So make it easy for yours to get a second read.

3. Consider listing the hours on your clinical experience rotations. It shows an attention to detail. Also consider turning your duty listings into accomplishments that'll offer value to the employer.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, Bayat! Greatly appreciated.
