Would Jesus be employable

Published

Lets say Jesus Christ was on earth today ,he went to school and became a nurse, and had the same attitude towards life that he ,apparently had 2000 years ago.

Would he be employable? Or would he make such a fuss when he saw the cost cutting at patients expense and the injustice of the health care system and the discrepancy of care bet/ those with money vs those without, that he would simply not be employable.

And for those christian nurses out there who try to follow his example in attitude and practice,Im one of them,do you find yourself making compromises between your efforts to follow Jesus' example in your daily life and the need to survive and be employable?

Jesus didnt give a hoot what society thought of him.. He knew who He was and knew he was doing the work his father sent him to do...

Im inclined to agree with you on the last part of your post lol

not that being underapreciated would ever get in Jesus's way lol.

I can see Him going to the Managed Care offices and throwing things all over the place...the office would have been a mess...:lol2: and then going to heal the sick. No, He certainly didn't care what people thought of Him. Or I can see a free clinic and hospital opening...

i DON'T know about Jesus' background so i ask:

wouldn't/didn't He go where there was greatest need?

Good thought...and there are years that were not accounted for...He may have gone to serve in many places and not received credit because that was not what He looked for.

Ah yes Mrs Haggleworth, sure you can have your hip replacement done at Messiah University Hospital... don't worry about paying for it.. the Good lord has your covered .. :)

and after surgery, enjoy a complimentary months rehab in our healing gardens multicare center lol...they will give you angelic treatment..

of course, the med school would be free, and the admissions exam a bit different... but let's face it, what better way to staff your own hospital than to train all the staff yourself.. :)

I bet you they wont have linen issues.. lol
