You might also try googling the subject and finding out the websites of potential employers. You can look over job postings and get some feel for what is available and what some of the parameters are. For example, you can see if they are offering 12 hr shifts versus 8 hr shifts. And you can find out what the benefit packages are and whether or not the hospitals offer preceptored new grad programs. This type of info can often be obtained from the internet even before you get opinions from people who already work at these places. Good luck and congratulations on graduating and getting your new license.

Iam currently living in NJ and getting ready to graduate in May with my BSN. I will be relocating to the Miami FT lauderdale area over the summer. I want to start looking for hospitals to work at. I dont even know how to begin choosing a hospital to work at. Does ayone have any advice as to hospitals that are good or not so good to work at? I am also begining graduate school next spring so i would LOVE to find a hospital that would help me pay for that. Any other info such as hospitals with good starting salaries and good work enviormetns would be helpful. Thanks in advance for any advice!!! :nuke::nuke:
