Hello,
I am graduating in December, and will be taking my NCLEX shortly after. I bought the 3rd edition of the Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX awhile ago to start studying. Now that I am kicking it into higher gear, I am wondering if this edition is slightly outdated, and if it would be worth it to get a newer version. The 4th edition was published in 2007, and the 5th edition is coming out on October 18. Any input? Thanks :)

I would take a look at it first. If the newer edition does a better or more complete job of addressing the new test plan, it might be worth the expense. Any other time, no. The facts don't change that often. New editions are never worth the money unless there has been a total revamping of the book for the better.
