  1. Worth it to buy newer edition of Saunders NCLEX review book?

    Hello, I am graduating in December, and will be taking my NCLEX shortly after. I bought the 3rd edition of the Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX awhile ago to start studying. Now that I am kicking it into higher gear, I am wondering if this edition is slightly outdated, and if it would be worth it to get a newer version. The 4th edition was published in 2007, and the 5th edition is coming out on October 18. Any input? Thanks :)
