Working at NYC Medical clinics? offices?

Can you name some medical clinics or private offices that are hiring new nurses, preferably in NYC? I know New York Pres, NYU has medical clinics but are hard to get into. I'm not the bedside nursing type... I prefer to be in a clinic setting. Any input is appreciated! Thanks

I'm not from the NYC area, but I would get out the yellow pages and see what's in the area. Then I'd look for websites where I could submit an application. For those that don't have websites, do not provide online apps, or say they don't have openings, I'd go directly to the facility, in business attire and resume in hand, and request to fill out an application. If they tell you they aren't taking applications at this time, request to leave a resume anyway. Get a business card for the person responsible for hiring nurses and follow up periodically without being a pest. That should get you started.

if u find anything can u please let me know too? i am trying to look for the same thing and also community based nursing jobs. i tried ny department of health but i want to know about others also
