Do you have a drug book? All of that information is listed for each med in a nursing drug book.

What meds are you talking about?
And like the others said, a drug book should have all of this :)
Hang in there- this makes more sense as you go along
I havent had an issue until this teacher, how she said to do it was way different then I have been doing it sense first term. I don't think I have ever been shown how to properly do one, and just kind of slipped by with so so ones, or ones that they only focused on certain parts. My teacher says the side effects should be the most common ones and she said the implications should directly go with the side effect with the same number... I have a drug book yes... the meds I have are Librium, Klonopin, Neurontin, Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin, and Zithromax

um yes all of that information is laid out there for you in your drug book. cant miss it. it is even under headings that say Implecations, routes/dosages, assessments, interventions etc etc......
it is basically copying it word for word. Or if you are using the disc that came with the book you can copy/pate and print.
Really, all of that information is listed in the nursing drug book. I have the Davis's drug book for nurses and it is all clearly outlined.

I use the website that came with the book, and it list side effects, but doesnt say the Implications specifically for the side effects listed that is why I am stuck
I guess I just dont get what your saying. If the website isnt giving you what you need then use the actual book. its in there.

the computer is not the only (or even best) source of information.
all of this is in the book :) your instructor is probably looking for some indication that you're reading the material, not just going through the computer.
read the book, and write down the info on the cards from them- it's hard to miss with all of it listed under the specific categories you have in your original post on this thread :two cents:
get the book out !!

you may have to look in (gasp) two places, if one tells you the side effects but doesn't tell you the nursing implications. you read the side effects, then go look up the side effects and figure out what they mean for nursing.
it's the "figuring out" part that your faculty wants you to work on. of course it's different than it was last year. you're further along in your education now, right?
honestly, assignments like this are not meant to have you regurgitate what you can copy and paste. they are meant to teach you how to do this process on your own when you are a real nurse and encounter an unfamiliar medication.
