i have the exact same problem. i unfortunately turn beet red when i get even mildly hot so it always looks like i'm embarrassed i was thinking of using a terry cloth sweatband, but i didn't want to look like i was working out so i use a elastic cloth headband. you can get them at the store for a few dollars and they are different colors to match what you are wearing and not look like a gym rat

I have the exact same problem. I turn red and sweat really easily, and as such, I break out.
The only thing I can suggest is finding a good face soap and developing a strict regimen that you do every morning and night. I use a natural face soap made from olive oil and a natural toner. I find it helps if I wash my face, use a toner, use an oil free moisturizer.
Also, wash your face as soon as you get home to get all that bacteria off of there.
And don't wear foundation or powder! When you sweat and get hot it can really clog your pores. I restrict my makeup to a bit of eyeliner or shadow and mascara.
It also helps to keep your hair out of your face.

Try using an acne cream under your makeup-if you wear it, I'm exhausted and haven't visited your profile, my apologies if you're a guy-anyway, avoid creamy makeup, go for something that says matte finish or oil free-wow-all that beauty school crap DOES come back to haunt me lol......................
lol i am a girl so no worries, pca_85...but thanks for the advice. i dont wear make-up because it just sweats right off anyway, and i always wear an elastic headband to keep my hair out of my face...i am thinking about buying some blackhead face wash as that is what i mostly break out with. anyone know any good brands?
Try Clearasil blackhead clearing scrub-a friend of mine swears by it, but I found it too harsh-eh, to each their own lol.

I take some alcohol prep pads off the med cart every morning and put them in my pocket. If I feel a zit coming on I wipe it with those throughout the day. And if my face starts to feel greasy or dirty I will wipe it all over.
Some people might find that too harsh for their skin but I don't... my complexion is somewhat oily.

One of the very last things I do before I leave for work is wash my face.
I used to keep portable face-cleansing wipes (like Oxy or Clean-and-Clear; many stores carry them) in my bag and use them on breaks. They even come in individual packets that fit in your pocket.
I also wash my face when I get home.
