Working for Geo Services in Hastings, Fl

Wanted to know what it's like to work for the Geo Group in Hastings. I'm also a new grad but am looking to get correctional experience.

Please, opinions and experiences are what I'm Looking for. Oh and what to expect as far as pay and benefits go would definitely help as well.
