Hi, I know that there are jobs out there that are province-specific eg. a person with a certain degree could only practice in a specific province or has taken a province-specific exam. Does this apply for nursing as well? If I graduate with a Bsc in Nursing in BC, would I be able to work in provinces? Is there any province-specific exams?
Thank you!

If you have passed the CRNE you need not write it again but each province is in charge of it's own licensing and had it's own evaluation process and requirements. If you want to transfer your license to another province you have to apply and meet whatever requirements they have. It is not a quick process and it does cost money.

Province-to-province isn't a horribly onerous process, but it does take several weeks and a hundred bucks or so, plus registration costs. You should know that this question has been asked and answered several times already.
