Hi,
I am Brazilian and I'm graduating from a US University on April with a BSN. I'll take the NCLEX a couple of weeks after graduation. I was just wondering if anyone knows places that I could apply for a job that are willing to sponsor a work visa, states that I could have more chances to find a job that would give me a work visa, and how the work visa process works...
I'd appreciate if you have any piece of advice!!!
Thank you!

Did you apply for OPT? The intent of a student visa is you will return to practice in your home country
Reality is very few employers sponsoring new grads if any as there is an abundance of inexperienced new grad nurses. There is a shortage of experienced (5-10yrs+) specialty trained nurses in many areas
Thanks for replying :)
I applied for the OPT this week. But it would be nice to do my OPT in a place that I already know they can sponsor a working visa after my OPT is done...That's what I'm trying to find out so I can start applying for jobs.
It's extremely rare. Many have difficult time getting hired on OPT because the facility doesn't want to invest in someone that must leave unless sponsored.
Try rural TX on the border of Mexico. North Dakota. These are difficult areas where many locals don't want to work for good reason
You don't specify where you are studying in the US.

May have difficulty as work permit, H1b is classed as a skilled visa and new grads are not skilled. All you can do is ask but for most H1b is applied for in April with October start
