You could try companies like intellicare, http://www.intellicare.com or fonemed, http://www.fonemed.com that do telephone triage. Most of the triage in my experience and in these two particular companies are pediatric-oriented. You could also check with large hospitals and large physician groups as they frequently employ triage nurses. Best wishes.
If you can type look at doing medical transcription. The pay is good ... sometimes paid by the line and sometimes by the page (quarter, half, full, etc)
Just a thought. I used to supplement my income with a little transcription work. Easy to do, you don't need much equipment, and you can stay in your jammies all day. You also have the upper hand as you are already familiar with medical jargon.
