Hello all,
if anyone on here is a Wolford college student please answer this question is you can. I am starting my 3rd semester of school June 2. But my issue is that I can't come to a decision on whether to go to Tampa for clinicals or to remain in Naples. I just want to know
1) what are the pros and cons of both places.
2) Is there a drop off in the experience you get in Tampa?
3) If you had to do it all over again, where would you have done your clinicals and why?
finally---is there a better more efficient way to memorize and retain the drugs/dosages/indications for use during clinicals?

I would definitely not suggest going to Tampa or Davenport. The school requires a monthly pilgrimage to naples to take a test. This just further separates the school from the clinicals.
Several schools have clinical sites and testing that is away from the school but do not require the students to come back to campus every month.
For example TCU, Barry, TWU.
If your looking into schools consider this very carefully as it is a reflection of the schools feelings about the students in general.
In Naples...3 to a room ....in tampa ....10 hour work days five days a week and no day off after call. Go to a different school!!!!!!

I just got accepted to wolford and I am trying to decide on a clinical site. Apart from having to make the trip for testing, which clinical site do you think is better? do they both provide all the experience you need? does one place have better opportunities? are students who come out of one site better off in practice? i have to decide soon, so please help me out!! thanks!!
