For those of you who applied for Spring 2012, how long after submitting the application did you receive an invite for interview? Planning to submit everything next month.

A couple weeks. They send it through the mail so it takes longer for people who live far away

To those admitted, did you really take 2 anatomy & physiology classes prior to admission? Pre-reqs posted on their website are 2 chem, 2 anatomy&physiology, health assessment. I am wondering if I would have to take another ana/phys because I only took 1 back in college.

Most classes are broken up into anatomy I and II now. I think that's what they mean. If you have questions about your transcript email the school. They'll get back to you fast.

Hi, just thought I'd try to help....

I live in The Preserve at Meadow Brook (formerly Turtle Creek). All of their units just went to market rate last Nov. and they are currently re-doing the entire complex inside and out. My unit had all brand new appliances (washer/dryer incl. w/o extra fee). My 2bed/2bath is $765/mo, and with traffic I get to school in about 7-8 mins ( like 3.3 miles). There are 4-5 people from my class that live here and I see other students ahead of my class around too.

I don't know too much about the other complexes in the area. Everyone lives sorta random places and spread out. However, if you plan to do clinical in Naples they tell you NOT to live north of Bonita Beach Rd. I also wouldn't suggest living too far east (past I-75) for the same reason.

Yes, I do believe they require some form of A&P 1 & 2.

As for the interview, you are basically interviewing to NOT get in (per one of the admin)....meaning as long as you don't give them a reason to say "no"....they say "yes"! :)

GOOD LUCK!!!!! :clown:

Congratulations! I'd recommend really looking at condos for rent. There may still be a few available, although with season in high gear most good things are rented by now. I'd contact a local leasing agent and tell them what you're looking for.

Otherwise apartment complexes still exist around here. Bermuda Lakes and Malibu lakes are two popular places with other students. But I pay $60 more a month than who has a 1/1 and I live in a 2/2 condo with granite and tile floors in a gated community...so really dig into the real-estate before setting for an apartment.

Congratulations again :)
