Withdrawing before classes start

I was wondering if you attend school in the fall on financial aid but decide to not go for the Spring term because your pre-reqs are complete, would a person be eligible for financial aid the FOLLOWING fall term at the same school once admitted to the BSN program? Essentially, if you elect to not register for courses for Spring--how does that affect financial aid for the following aid year??

Fall 2009 would be a new financial aid year. You would apply for it as early as possible after Jan. 09. Basic financial aid isn't based on grades, just as long as you are passing and in school. The Aid form the spring would not roll over to the fall. The student would loose that aid.

If you are on scholarships or grants, it would really depend on the stipulations on thsoe awards.

Your best bet is to meet with a financial aid rep at your school.
