Dear Will mental health affect licensure,
Being diagnosed and treated for anxiety/depression does not affect licensure. Plenty of nurses have anxiety and depression, and plenty of nurses take stress leave, particularly after COVID.

You can also ask your HR about intermittent medical leave, so you can take short amounts of time as needed.
