If you have been disciplined at work and the issue was not resolved, I recommend you start reviewing the learning modules on the College of Nurses website and create learning plans to addresss any areas of concern your employers have about your nursing practice. Keep copies of your learning plans and dates you reviewed the modules

If in the future your employer files a complaint to the College of Nurses, follow instructions on the legal expense assistance program guide for ONA members http://www.ona.org/documents/File/guides/Guide_LegalExpenseAssistancePlanLEAP_201007-English.pdf

It's just NOT that easy to "lose" your practice permit. There are so many remedial steps that are offered.
Did you get your union involved with your issues at your job site?
Did you discuss your difficulties directing your NAs with YOUR supervisor?
How much prior experience did you bring to this job?
I mean it's not like your an Angel of Death or have been caught with your fingers in the Narcs locker.

I can't take this anymore I am depressed already, besides I do not trust my bosses anymore...I saw it with my own eye how they treat me that day they talked to me. I hope I can move on and get out of this mess.
You do not have control over whether or not you will get a new job. You do have control over solving your performance problems in your current job. We all have weaknesses and areas we need to improve on, maybe you are upset about the way you were informed about your weaknesses and you feel defensive. Your emotional reaction is understandable but if it is overwhelming you and you are experiencing difficulty sleeping and feeling depressed and finding it difficult to deal with your situation in an analytical manner, then talk to a neutral person like your family doctor or a therapist. They can help you to recognize which problems you have control over and how to deal with your situation constructively.
