Will Fresenius hire you as a PCT with a misdemeanor???

Hello, I know that this is a Nursing board, but I would like to know have anyone ever been hired by Fresenius with a misdemeanor. I have an eight year old misdemeanor (petty theft) for stealing. I had an interview at a clinic a few days ago and I was wondering if I should even wait for a call back. I live NC
