will credit from pilippines transfer t montana

Published

first off i am a USA citizen married to Philippine wife and living in Cebu city. my wife recived her BSN from the university of Cebu in 2009. she has not taken her licensing exam because nurses are low pay here. we would be already living in USA but i am not able to sponsor her because of my income not being high enough. i do however have a trust fund. i am disabled!

i am wanting to know if there is a nursing college in Montana that will accept a least some of her college credits so we do not have to pay for all the classes she has already taken.

if my wife has employment as a nurse then we would qualify for immigration based on my sponsoring her and her income being high enough! she would have to shoot for her Masters degree to be eligible to get a student visa as she already has a Bachelors in nursing, and if she has to get American bachelors degree before starting the masters program i am thinking she could get the 12 month temporary work permit and then we file for permanent resident status. i would like to buy land in Custer county to build our home because of no permit required. i have cash for all this but no income. stupid government regulations prevent my sponsoring my wife for immigration that i can support while the same government wants to bring in 10,000 Syrians that the tax payers have to support!

but any answers or advise would be greatly appreciated! thank you

The only way really to find answers is contact the universities and ask them, I understand it can be hard to transfer credits within the US so probably harder if outside the US
