I'm looking to enroll in college fairly soon. So with that saying I mailed my Declaratory Order to the Board of Nursing in Texas. I was arrested for possession of marijuana in 2014. Slowly but surely the arrest was soon expunged and I just received a letter from the Department of Public Safety stating the court order signed by the judge. So I mailed the certified court order to the Board of Nursing with my Declaratory Order and also a short statement stating I checked the first question as yes only because of the expunged arrest to be completely honest. Will they allow me to sit and take the NCLEX Exam upon completion of college? I only wonder what the BON of Texas will say.

Hey left right!
congratulations!
I'm not 100% sure but I believe that letter means you are good to go once you graduate. If they were going to put any kind of stipulation or anything on your license they would have sent you something instead of that letter right? At least that's what I think?
Maybe you could call the BON and clarify?
