Why is A&P so hard?

Published

Hi, just wondering why people say Human Anatomy and Physiology is so hard. What about it makes it so difficult compared to biology or psychology? Just trying to prepare myself for when I take the course. Thanks! ?

EDIT: also, if you have any advice as to how I can do well with studying, please let me know!

A&P were extremely easy compared to physics

When people take A&P, a lot of them haven't had much background on any body system or how the body works (at least as in depth as A&P goes). Taking A&P is like taking a foreign language on top of a difficult science class. All new terminology, learning in depth about the cardiac system, respiratory system, GI, etc. It's just a lot.

If, I of all people, can pass physics with a 97%, and chem with an 89%, then you can do it. Although, I haven't taken my biology courses yet but will register to for fall here in a few.
