Cypress Creek. 1960 & 45N. I just left there after 9 month employment. My base was $22 and I had a shift dif. I only left because I found a job closer to home - the commute was brutal (I'm in Clear Lake) they are always looking for new grads. LVNs are the med nurses - so you'll just be passing meds all day. Not a super high stress job. If you're on nights during the week, you audit MARS and pull meds for the 7-3 shift. If you're on weekend nights, it's one med pass, auditing and pulling. Super easy and gets your foot in the door for experience. Full time is either 5x8 or 1x8 & 2x12.
Also, look at We Care Kids Care. It's in the Woodlands. It's pedi home health. My interview was pretty straight forward and they offered me a job on-the-spot. I only declined because the offer wasn't as good as what Cypress offered me 2 days before.
ETA: WCKC is based in the Woodlands, but their clients are area wide, so it's like that your assigned family(ies) will be close to your residence.
Not sure what area you're in, but HCA will hire LVN's. I'm on day 3 of my new job training with an HCA facility.
