Hi I am a student nurse here. Who mixes the pitocin with the isotonic solution. Can the nurse, or does it have to be pharmacy? It is a question on my report that I am having trouble finding the answer to. Thanks

RNs can do it, but it depends on that particular hospitals protocol about such things.
