WHNP OR FNP WITH WHNP CERT

Hey!! Looking to get advice on WHNP vs FNP with a certificate. I am looking at vandy, IUPUI, and university of cincy for online schooling. 
 

I am torn on what would be best specifically because of job security post graduation. Also with those three universities I was wondering which program is best all around.

FNP scope covers WHNP. Never heard of IUPUI. What’s the cost of attending these universities?
