Has anyone be contacted by White Memorial? I had a panel interview with them yesterday...

Hello,

This is my first time applying for the WMMC RN Residency. I am very nervous about my panel interview next week! I was hoping I could get some advice from the ones who already work there or got an interview there? What kind of situational and critical thinking questions were asked?I am super nervous! :nurse:

Just had mine yesterday. There were only two ladies on my panel interview and they were super laid back. Like the other poster said there will be 3 situational questions "tell me about a time when this situation happened" and one critical thinking question that you have to analyze a patients assessment data and come up with some nursing diagnosis and interventions. Not bad. Also they asked me why I personally wanted to work there.

I got a call back with a 2nd interview, crossing fingers that I can finally land a hospital job!
