'White' Crocs??

Does anyone know if the 'pearl' colored Crocs are 'white' enough to be white uniform shoes? I looked at a pair last week and they seem gray. I'll be starting my clinicals in September and don't want to start off on the wrong foot, so to speak. ;) Allheart has some similar type shoes ('ComfortClogs', super cheap, too), but they don't have a back strap, which I'm thinking some hospitals may require. Thanks!

they do make "professional" crocks w/o holes in white. I wore them for my CNA class
