I'm currently in my final semester of nursing school, graduating this December with a BSN. I want to eventually go back to school and become a NP in Adult and Women's Health in primary care settings but don't know what New Grad jobs I should be looking at to gain the most experience. Obstetrics, WIS, and L&D don't really interest me btw.
Really??? So why enter women’s health? What are you going to do when one of your patients become pregnant or come to you with ‘female’ problems? Refuse to see them? That’s the fastest way to the unemployment line.
I don't think that it's terribly competitive to get into NP programs focusing on primary care nor to get those jobs. A general med-surg gig would be a reasonable place to start.

Hello,
I'm currently in my final semester of nursing school, graduating this December with a BSN. I want to eventually go back to school and become a NP in Adult and Women's Health in primary care settings but don't know what New Grad jobs I should be looking at to gain the most experience. Thanks in advance! :-)
