Hi Nurses,

I am debating right now which hospital should I prioritize. I am currently working at Kaiser Part time and Per diem at other hospital. Last week, VA Long Beach called for a tentattive job offer. Both of them are my Dream Job. I applied VA 1 year ago. lol... that long!! I like Kaiser because of high pay, free medical insurance, but the environement sometimes is not good. No teamwork, stressfull at times. In VA I heard its kind of busy too due to patient ratio not bound by California Law. I went there yesteday and the people are very nice and welcome. VA Hospital of course, low pay, you work extra 8 hrs every 2 weeks. It feels rewarding to work with the Veterans. Anyways I'll be working in Inpatient Medicine.. My question is...

Which is better place to work??? better benefits??? and less stress???
