Which Medical Dictionary?

My school lists two; Stedmans Medical Dictionary for Health Professionals and Nurses or

Mosby's Dictionary of Medicine, Nursing and Health Professionals. Mosbys is more up to date (by a year) if that makes a difference.

Anyone use or see either of these books and have any input- positive or negative for either book?
