Anyone know of hospitals hiring fresh grad RNs with no experience?

many hospitals hire new grads...I've looked at hopsital sites and a lot of them will say "new grads welcomed"...here is a list of some hospitals in NY...if you search this forum, there is a thread that lists he starting salaries of some NY hospitals...
