Which Hospice agency?

So I'm thinking about switching from home health to hospice, but I really want to find a good company to work for. I currently live in the Pacific NW, and would like to stay here, but I'm looking all over the US. What I really want is somewhere with good coworker team work, no "viper pits," and at least somewhat understanding management, who aren't cracking the whip over their staff's heads, demanding they see more and more patients. I realize I might be asking for a unicorn here, but please, fellow nurses, if there's somewhere, anywhere, that you have enjoyed working as a hospice nurse within the last year or two, please let me know! :)
