The answer is pretty obvious if you know the normal parameters...just use process of elimination...the only issue I would have with this question is that it doesn't state the age of the patient, but assuming it is an adult...

"normal" B/P is 100 - 139/60 - 89 , so both of the B/P's are within normal range.

"normal" pulse rate is 60 - 100 so the pulses are both high, but 120 is within the normal range after aerobic activity, so you can eliminate that.

A standing pulse of 110 is unusually high in an adult, especially upon first awakening (pulse is lowest during sleep) so that would be the answer.

B...120/72 and 110/68 are normal blood pressures...increased HR (120bpm) is normal after aerobic exercise
