Hi do you know which nursing diagnosis is most important. Much help is appreciated.

There is no such nursing diagnosis as "risk for malnourishment." Where did you pull that from? You can't make these things up, you know.

You can choose, "Imbalanced nutrition, less than body requirements" and "..., more than body requirements,"or "Risk for imbalanced nutrition, more than body requirements." All (and more) in your NANDA-I 2012-2014 in Domain 2, Nutrition, p. 171 ff
