Which is better, Columbia Presbyterian or Montefiore Hospital?

I am trying to choose. One place is in the Bronx, the other, Manhattan. I heard starting pay at Columbia Presbyterian is 67,000 and Montefiore is 69,000 Day shift. Both had good benefits. But what about their reputation? What about the working environment? Which would you be happiest to work? Why?

I personally love presby but u should choose whats convinient for u. Dont go to a place because others said so. Ask questions to the staff there and observe their facial expression when they answer you. It really means a lot.
