Where to work and RN wages in MN

U.S.A. Minnesota

This is my first ever post, so if this is in the wrong spot please guide me on where to put it in the future!! I just moved to MN two weeks ago. I live in one of the suburbs just east of minneapolis. I'm a new grad and will hopefully have my license within two weeks. I have an ADN. Can anyone please tell me where I should be applying? I'm having difficulties finding job openings that will accept my qualifications on hospital websites. Do you go online or just go to the hospital in person? Or do I need to start at a LTC facility? My dream is L&D but everywhere requres 1 yr L&D experience. How am I supposed to get that experience??? Ill be starting my BSN in august. Also what are the starting wages for various positions here in MN? At hospitals, LTC, home health care, etc. Thanks for the help!!!

I really want to get into healthpartners system. There are alot of full time positions and I been trying to look for a part time. I'm currently in the ED now and will have two years of experience once I leave but I want to move towards a part-time clinic job instead so I can focus more on school. I've applied to allina's urgent care position but they wanted to hire asap when they called me for an interview so that didn't work out. How is the wage for clinic RNs? I know that acute care usually pays more.
