Hello,
I work at a small community Mental Health hospital with inpatient, outpatient, and day program services. There are so many in our community that need help but we are struggling to find nurses to care for our patients. Do you have recommendations on where or how to find nurses that transition well into psych?

What levels are you mainly looking for LPN, RN, NP?
Higher pay than other employers, paying relocation expenses and bonuses work however I expect you are looking for other ideas.
If possible, have your hospital could set up internship, and preceptorship programs.
Have nurse students preform clinicals at your location
