Where are the Excelsior Warriors?

Hello!!

I've been looking for recent posts from Excelsior students and their experiences with the 3rd phase of testing (LS1, LS2, LS3, FCCA...) and I can't seem to find any. There are a bunch of CPNE posts and most are very encouraging! I really can't wait to get there.

Join me and post your study plans for these exams, helpful tips, encouragements..!

Personally, I've used StudyGroup101 for all other exams and as much as it was helpful, it was a little hard to follow or focus for it being sooooo dry!! Lately I have been actually learning much more from NRSNG Academy, I always pay for the practice exams and read NCLEX-RN comprehensive book.

I'm planning on taking LS1 in May 2019, and during the summer I plan on finishing up LS2 and LS3, and FCCA as soon as I'm done with both. I need some more info on FCCA tho, I have no idea on what to expect.

Oh, and I'm from Dallas, TX! Any study buddy?

Post away, warriors!

I'm kinda where you are. I have an exam next week, I've been using sg101 along with the textbooks. I find the med/surg book kinda long hard to follow the material at times, so I've sought out other resources to get a good grasp of the information. My last exam was repro so glad I got that one out of the way. It's ls2 &3 then fcca. Good luck to you, sorry, i'm not in texas, hopefully you can find a study buddy there.

Repro was harder than I expected! Now, LS1 content I'm starting to actually enjoy. So I'm studying as much as I can but I feel like I've been on this process a long time! I needed someone to keep me focused... I feel ready to be done.

I feel the same way, I'm in information overload! ?

they are on facebook

If you are on FB, look up the Facebook group "Study Group 101" or something similar to that ? I used SG101 for ALL the nursing exams including the FCCA. It does help to have a study partner.

I have joined all groups that I could find on FB, I just wanted to cover all the possibilities to find people! ?
